Pharmacokinetic Modelling for Novel FVIII Replacement Therapies

Traditional classifications of FVIII lean on half-life and overall exposure. This review proposes an updated framework built on novel pharmacokinetic metrics to better capture sustained FVIII activity, showing how high-sustained/ultra-long half-life treatments markedly prolong activity within or near the normal range, and how this can sharpen evaluation of future therapies.
