Therapeutic advances have largely centred on severe disease, leaving non-severe haemophilia with limited evidence-based guidance and fewer management standards. This review examines the resulting risks of delayed diagnosis, variable bleeding phenotypes and ongoing clinical burden despite calls for improved awareness, more personalised care and better representation of these patients in research.
