Aspaveli is indicated as monotherapy in the treatment of adult patients with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH) who have haemolytic anaemia.1
- If Aspaveli must be initiated immediately and vaccines are administered less than 2 weeks before starting therapy with Aspaveli, the required vaccines should be administered as soon as possible and patients should be treated with appropriate antibiotics until 2 weeks after vaccination1
